Over WORM's expEnded love: showcasing winter wonder
Too many things for one soul, but dear we want to burn before winter starts! We love art. ExpEnded Love is a festival-like night in WORM where we celebrate different ways of being, ways of loving, ways of talking, ways of experimenting. We welcome the dark and cold months with a winter showcase, sharing the 'thrill of the first time'! One ticket gives access to all. Come in, we work hard to surprise you! We start early with a cosy dinner. Our November artist-in-residency Giulia Zabarella will share her artistic process from her month-long residency in WORM. Food for thought (and also real food). After sending Danya Pilchen to Freisen during summer, with this dinner we conclude our 2026 international exchange programme with the Trans European Upper Bavaria network. Meanwhile, you can catch our latest art exhibition, where three recent graduates from three different art academies meet: a collaboration between Stijn van Casteren (HKU), Sam Jansen (Sandberg Instituut) and … (Groningen) The evening continues with neo-classical cello player and composer Ilan Bedner who's been exploring how to combine his upcoming music album with seeking love in AI, he invited …. to create a visual installation. Then we go MESSY! Drek Manor presents the very first MESSY night in WORM, the start of a series where WORM x Drek celebrate and support drag performance art, presenting local and national artists, starting and experienced talents. Last but certainly not least, there's a new DJ in town! As we love talent development at all ages, DJ Helt will build a techno party in our bar. Is it dull to say: voetjes van de vloer! 18:30h-19:30h artist in residency Giulia Zabarella: dinner Q&A 20:00h-20:50h Ilan Bedner: album release 21:00h-22:30h Drek Manor presents MESSY Night! 22:30h-00:00h foyer party: DJ Helt & friends 19:30h-22:00h exhibition closing day: Indexed.
